Neurological Rehabilitation is based in the concept of neuroplasticity; the idea that the brain and neurons can create new connections to regain previously acquired skills, as well as build new skills.  Children are extremely resilient and research shows us that they are highly capable of building new connections within the brain and nervous system to regain function following an injury or disease that affects the nervous system.  We utilize research-based treatment techniques that are designed to maximize your child’s potential in therapy to regain function and build skills.  As always, our therapy is play-based to motivate your child to participate fully in all exercises and therapeutic activities to the best of their ability.
