What is School Aged Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy practitioners work with students in preschool, and elementary, middle, and high school to sup-port successful learning, appropriate behavior, and participation in daily routines and activities.  We see children for a variety of concerns and needs from working on building strength and endurance to participate in routine tasks, to building the cognitive and organizational skills needed to be successful at home and school.   Our job is to help children build the skills they need to be successful across all environments and we do this through fun and playful treatment interventions that motivate your child to participate.
